Appreciation 03/23/25 1. Formula 1: Drive to survive - I was never a huge fan of racing but after watch the Netflix docuseries, I appreciate the art of racing. It’s extremely challenging and requires fitness, endurance and a bit of craziness to go that fast. Simply amazing. 2. Paring knife - I realized that this is my most used knife after the standard kitchen knife. I eat a lot of fruit and this knife has always been there for me! 3. Natural gas fireplace - I seldom use it but the nights been cold and I didn’t want to turn on my central heating. My fireplace did the job! I appreciate it greatly.
