Appreciation 03/25/25 1. Costco mangoes 🥭 - they were on sale and I just couldn’t help myself and bought the box. I appreciate having them to just eat straight up or if they are getting old, I’ll cut them and freeze them for smoothies later on. 2. A comfy couch - lately I’ve found myself sleeping on my couch rather than my bed. I found a nook that is oddly comfortable and I’ve just slept there. I know it’s not great to sleep there but nobody is here to judge me! Hehe 3. Curry - it’s not for everyone but I’m a huge fan of curry and I find that it’s a healthy dish and I appreciate how many flavours exist in it, including the spicy ones. lol i agree it is a risky combo i think it could be good though like thai styles of curry with pineapple rice

Omg that sound so yummy! Thai style is really good. I love green Thai curry. I’ve never actually had pineapple rice though. Gonna try to find some now hehe

yes i like green thai curry too but if i had to pick a favorite i'd pick thai masuman curry the orange potato one although any savory thai curry ive found pair well with sweet pineapple in rice hope if you find it its a great one!
