michelin egg scrambies are not too different than a michelin burger -get high quality grass fed butter -put it in the coldest section of your fridge (not frozen, but close) -dice into small cubes -scramble into eggs as the eggs cook, the butter slowly melts, forming little pockets of fat that make for the most decadent burgers & scrambies
