The Yanmaya invasions is one of my special interests.  Obsessed with it.  It wasn't *all* indigenous Europeans they wiped out.  It was the men.  Systematically.  They killed off the men and kept the women, replacing the indigenous matriarchal practices centered on goddesses with ritual worship of a "Sky Father" who split and evolved into all the patriarchal mythological deities of Eurasia - YHWH included in that mix - with the echoes of that massacre affecting us even to this day.

Thank you I’ll google around more, it also reminds me a bit of the book Oera Linda (disclaimer: this book is considered by most scholars to be 19th century fabrication for nationalism purposes) which claims to be a recopying of a much older book and describes a matriarcal society that was based in the area which is now the North Sea/doggerland

I'd just google "yamnaya invasions."  We're not entirely sure how they happened, it was very long ago, but the archeological and genetic records are fascinating.  I discovered it while doing research for myself trying to trace back the roots of the especially toxic varieties of patriarchy we have in the modern age.
