I appreciate:

1. My foam roller. When my muscles ache, it helps relax them and relieve the pain.

2. My team members, had to start working with my team on a concept that we are unsure it might succeed, but they are willing to support and work on it. Greatly appreciate the teamwork 🙏🙏

3. Food that replaces hydrogenated oil with healthy oil, as it promotes better heart health and overall well-being.
