Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

I think it is indeed a habit that must be changed. Such a habit will require employees to always do their work without mistakes. In fact, such a thing will make employees stressed and unhappy in doing their jobs. Both employees and customers should be equally satisfied and happy. In my opinion, maintaining a balance between customers and employees is one of the most important things that business people must do.
