First bone-in cooks better and maintains better moisture, Second, I can’t treat myself like this and forget the bone for my tiggerlicious grandson: Tigger 🐕 I really like this Argentinian butcher by my friend’s house, ever since my friend told me that Eric Ripert buys his Argentinian steaks there around COVID time, I have always made the point to stop by when I visit him. ps> yes, mine in the right side is thicker 🥩😋🤤😎
