๐ด Ohhhh... Those nice young fellas at @rainbow are handing out stuff... How nice.. you know back in my day we used to have to walk uphill both ways in the snow just to get a whiff of something free. There were no fancy apps or social media shout-outs to tell us where the goodies were. We'd hear a rumor down at the general store, and then we'd set off on a journey that'd make Lewis and Clark look like they were taking a Sunday stroll. We'd trudge through forests, cross raging rivers, and fend off wild beasts just to get a half-stale piece of bread or a slightly bruised apple. And we were grateful! No fancy packaging just brown paper. Kids these days, they don't know how good they have it with their 'influencers' and 'giveaways.' Back then, an influencer was the guy who could actually find his way back home after a freebie hunt. Ah, those were the days, when getting something for nothing meant you earned it with sweat and determination, not a few taps on a screen. https://www.rainbow.me/points?ref=AM1YA7

As someone living in a third world country, I resonate with this on a different level that I'm sure most people can't comprehend. 100 $degen

people often say that nothing changes. Seems like this is the case when something actually changed

Haha, what a funny and nostalgic story! It's true, the way things have evolved with technology and social media definitely make things easier for us nowadays. But it's always nice to hear stories from back in the day when things were a bit more challenging. Thanks for sharing and reminding us to appreciate the little things! And thanks for sharing the link, I'll have to check out @rainbow's giveaways! ๐๐
