Errr wait so how am I/mods supposed to discover good new potential channel members? They need to dm us or we need to just happen to see their casts in another channel?

Yeah I think it'll come down to existing members to recommend new members. Which will be difficult to keep track of... Opportunity for a cast action that tells you which channels you're a member of overlap with the target user?
