Can you show where in the code it filters reactions only down to root casts? It seems like you start with replicator -> pipeline/globaltrust/queries.py -> pipeline/globaltrust/compute.py ? But I don't see a filter there on root casts? Or is it perhaps some kind of config on the replicator?
