Brother, we need you! 💜 I need you for sure, can't make any sense of my current status: Dune says 2k+ allo, degen.tips API says 5. Atm I'm inclining to overtip, based on the Dune query recommended by Jacek. Am I wrong?

Tricky one, I'm not sure why they are out of alignment. Degen.tips says Dune is official, and I assume the API consumes from Dune, but the source of discrepancies is unclear. Ultimately you are safe going with the lower of the two -- annoying but better than promising something you can't deliver.
