severed a nerve in my hand and lost feeling in 2 fingers

remember to stay grateful and be careful with knives when your allergies are still trying to kill you ✍️

overall physically good considering, but ego is reeling… gn 🫶

Oof. Did that to one finger a few years back. Nerves grew back but formed a neuroma so it felt like my finger was simultaneously on fire and being electrocuted 😆 Did PT on it with a specialist and that only happens very rarely now but sensation around the wound is still wonky 😞

so i stabbed the palm of my hand.. no blood somehow.. no stitches.. but no feeling in my pinky and about 50% in my ring finger

but yeah the nerve pain was real... i havent googled anything... im just grateful it wasnt worse... gonna deal with the pain and recovery one day at a time 🫶 bummed i cant do handstands rn
