@hyle suggested I post this here: I did an extreme deep dive into the DEGEN Tips allowance algorithm, and wrote up an FAQ. There's even a simulation on Desmos with all the equations loaded. Embarrassingly, my formulas contain an error 😯 I have issued a V3 correction at the same link, but basically it's your ALL TIME cast count that selects the percentile of reactions:
