The Ultimate Moxie Dashboard got a HUGE upgrade!

- Offchain data updated automatically at 00:00 UTC (covers rewards splits and earnings)
- Dashboard refreshed automatically after the offchain data is updated!
- Fan Token Fundamentals: now shows you current rewards splits!
- Fan Token Earnings: complete breakdown of lifetime earnings and how it was split (to creator, creator fans, channel fans, network fans X casts, frames, other)
- Stats around the splits and a Fan Token Legends + Masters leaderboard based on FTs that give 70% or 50% of their earnings to FT holders

Note: I've removed Fan Token Rate of Return as it needs to be updated to use the new data and I'm not sure if anybody actually uses it - let me know if you want to see it back!
