The fundamental issue seems to be coming up with a high quality signal for classifying user's value to the community. I had an interesting idea around this on the way to work this morning, but I can't fit it into this comment...

Correct, that's why you need the community to decide.

Agree. Should be possible to expand the feature set used in the model that determines allowances. Placing more emphasis on how long someone have been active, how much they chat with friends (as in, follow each other) vs not, and so on.

If that doesn’t cut it, let’s use GPT to give quality scores to cast history.
