Packing up my AlfaFrens. I gave it some time but I'm not seeing any changes that motivate me to continue participating. I wasn't eligible for any of the significant airdrops and now the majority (60%) of subscription revenue goes to other people while I do the hard work. It's irrational for me to continue supporting that economic structure. I love the AF team and what they've built but it just doesn't make sense for a small time creator like me.
