Oh yeah I remember that! Makes sense with physical commodities which have delivery and carrying constraints.

With virtual commodities, I can only come up with scenarios like this:  initially, the price is -10 DEGEN/$NEG i.e. I pay you to take it. Then the price drops to -20 DEGEN/$NEG and you pay me to take it back from you. But nobody will take that deal unless $NEG turns out to be a virus eating your harddrive 😅
