Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

A man of consistency. On your leg days is it more so a slight rest day for you? Or do you just grind out 6/7 days of gym a week?
