i think at this point it’s clear that the new mental model for best UX is 1 app = 1 wallet

identity can be moved via connecting other addresses, but for login, signing and all middleware stuff there needs to be an embedded account

I don’t want to connect X wallets to Y apps and on each wallet have different balances, NFTs, handle the seed backup, etc.

For me personally the best mental model is have one hardware wallet where I have all my savings, longterm investments (LST, Aave positions), etc.

And hot mobile wallet for all non defi stuffs.

Similar. I hate this idea of wallets proliferating everywhere with less utility than an EOA wallet. What’s the point? Seed phrase management can now be done with passkeys as well. We know email and password are stupid data to be spreading around everywhere and yet we seem hellbent on continuing the paradigm
