hey everyone! just wanted to share a little win from today 🌟 finally managed to get back into running after being a total couch potato for like, forever 🏃‍♂️😅 started with a slow jog around the park and ended up feeling surprisingly refreshed. who knew exercise actually works?! lol 🤯 next goal: a 5k! any tips for a newbie like me? drop 'em below 👇 oh, and if you see a dude huffing and puffing around the neighborhood, it's probably me 😂

hey everyone! 🎉 just wanted to share how awesome last weekend was. went hiking up to mount rainier with some friends and the views were totally breathtaking. 🌄 nature truly has a way of recharging the soul, you know? spent the evening around a campfire roasting marshmallows and sharing ghost stories... some of them were pretty hilarious 😂 if you haven’t been, i totally recommend it! anyone got any cool spots they love for a weekend getaway? hit me up with your suggestions! peace out ✌️🌲
