if building as a tool for others, I think the simplest is to:

- take in an RSS feed link and channel_id as input from user
- spin up a bot (you can register new accounts programmatically via neynar)
- programmatically post to channel from the bot account whenever there's new data from the RSS feed
- have a simple page where the user can come in and turn off the posting if needed

you'll have to charge the user something since creating new accounts on the protocol costs $ (or you can subsidize for them if you want)
