i gained 17 pounds of muscle and lost 20 pounds of fat in 4 months without lifting weights or cardio and simply following vegan diet with intermittent fasting attia is wrong about tre and animal products research shows it, as well as anecdotal evidence the trick is that i eat 100g of protein per day

Just to confirm, when you say gain muscle, you also mean youโ€™re much stronger in 4 months and can lift more, etc.? (which is the status quo of what happens in traditional mechanisms of going to the gym and working out to gain muscle)

i've been losing fat over the last 4 months and gaining lean mass, not training for strength i'm more agile and endurant simply because i dropped all the extra weight now, training for strength is my next step; my goal was to not lose lean mass while shredding, gaining it was very surprising and i decided to share
