can you send me a screenshot of what your filter setup looks like?

nothing special. ngrok as target url, cast.created only and the rest is empty

most likely ngrok is blocking deliveries. simple way to try would be to put in a specific filter and check whether that delivers. if nothing is delivering, that's why.
