Warpcast delays should be fixed. 

Messages are imported in a few seconds when sent from other clients. In rare cases, they may take 10-20 seconds.

Our public dashboards are a little buggy and show delays (even though there are none). 

Please let us know if you see any issues - this fix was fairly involved, so i wouldn't be surprised if there are a few more bumps in the road before it is all resolved.
