Have been using it for a couple years now and generally like it. Their software has gotten a lot better over time. I still find that it measures a lower peak HR from time to time during HIIT workouts but the discrepancy is not consistent / abysmal enough for me to churn. 

Their recovery measurements are quite on point

Yes. What is your opinion on whoop? Is there anything that you feel they are lacking? Do they provide features that at this point you wouldn’t want to live without?

Yeah I’ve found it’s grown more and more accurate over the years. 

Started using whoop when 3.0 came out a few years back. 4.0 took some time to settle in but after a few round of software updates it’s been pretty good

It’s actually strain score that’s more inaccurate because it doesn’t register weightlifting strain as well as it registers cardio strain. 

They say it’ll improve with the next one which I’m looking forward to

Do you find this recovery score accurate?

I’ve had mine for a week now and I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy it
