Creating a channel is rolling out in stages on Warpcast! 

 1. Click create channel in the left sidebar (mobile)
2. Choose a unique name  
3. Pay the channel fee in warps   

If you don’t see it, try updating. If you don’t have warps, get some on web.

@v @dwr.eth how are ppl changing channel icons/descriptions? or is it that pre-permissionless channels don't have those edit abilities yet? i think i'd like to change the /vip icon to something more legible at small size eventually ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You do it on mobile. Tap into the channel then tap the channel name and when the drop down happens you should have a pencil / edit icon.

makes sense! i just wasn't sure if i was missing something obvious (⌒_⌒;) no rush!

We wanted to limit the blast radius of the permissionless channels launch so we didn't want to migrate the old channels to the new logic before we are sure it works. I'll do it in the next few days and then you can edit
