squeezed in some small(ish) ellesho.me/page visual updates during a hectic week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i replaced the pop up elements on the homepage for the webring and closet with more fitting ones – a skate deck for the webring and a gunpla sprue tree for the closet. scribbled out with css and emojis (⌒_⌒;) read full blog post below https://ellesho.me/page/website/now/#being-healthy

i ran into a weird css inconsistency this week. for some reason positioning pseudo-class elements measures from the outer edge of a thick border in webkit but the inner edge in chrome (╥_╥)

Would be curious to see the code if it’s still live in your style sheets! I wonder if it’s something a good reset could fix

i just abandoned it and used a positioned div instead bc i didn't have time to sort it out (๑>ᴗ<๑) i'll try to take another run at it when i have some more time to do some clean up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ when i try to replicate it with isolated css on a clean page, it renders the same in both engines
