i can't wait to retire to my own quiet little piece of html after a life of working for the algorithms i've been doing printout weekly for 6 months! time for a break (@_@) i'm pausing the weekly schedule for some reflecting, recharging, recalibrating, and relaxing ty to everyone that has collected a page (◕‿◕)♡ there are now more collectors of very internet printout than collectors of very internet person which is amazing and unexpected (1772 to 1311 with only ~100 overlap) but for now, i'll just add to printout whenever a fun idea hits me and maybe go back to weekly in the future i want to take some time for the rest of the summer to reset and catch up on making music, web stuff, and writing! https://zora.co/collect/zora:0x0c640779dbd6cda40d54350344dfd37d99aed8aa/24?reset=1

As a collector, I can’t understate how much I appreciate you keeping the mint open and also defining a bookend for the collection, if even a temporary one. Makes it easier to collect without being driven by fomo/time pressure. Enjoy your refresh! (✿◠‿◠)

after the last few years, i just realized that time pressure and scarcity tactics are really at odds with attracting meaningful engagement and conversation with the work itself (at the same time making it harder for the work to ever be taken seriously by ppl outside the space) before, i just kind went with convention or the "meta" – the space and the platforms want to encourage fomo. zora recently removed the open time limit option again so i had to set the end date to the year 3000 (๑>ᴗ<๑) i can't tell u how many times i've been disappointed when seeing work i loved but realizing it had "minted out" months earlier (⌒_⌒;) i'd rather ppl collect bc they genuinely want the work in their wallet or want to support its existence. and i don't want to disappoint or punish ppl who can't afford to have their attention locked in all the time!

10000% I lamented creators at first but come to realize it’s most beneficial for platforms to push this limitation. Namely to drive upfront mints and keep resources more predictably allocated (indexing compute, metrics, etc) https://warpcast.com/sdv.eth/0xf373b7a4 https://warpcast.com/sdv.eth/0xcc563c9a
