i didn't get much done this week bc of life (╥_╥) but i made a little 88x31 badge for my homepage after being inspired by the eightyeightthirty.one project i posted the other day. the design of the button takes style cues from the original netscape now 88x31 button ^-^ full blog post here: https://ellesho.me/page/website/now/#linking

was reading your website in plain html mode and it took me a bit to realise that this was the case . enjoyed looking at the site in both modes but the reading was more straight forward in the plain mode . :-) when did you decide to write 'i' in the lower case ? 164 $DEGEN

thx! yes reading in 3d mode is just for fun but probably not great for sustained reading (๑>ᴗ<๑) that's why i made options i've always just written lowercase on the internet. i think it's also from coding and file management when observing case-sensitivity was extra important to not break paths. so i just usually default to lowercase everything for convenience

sometimes i still write things in js like that. but mostly i just keep things lowercase since most of my stuff is just written for myself rather than collaboratively so legibility isn't really at the top of my mind (๑>ᴗ<๑)

started to flout that recently as well . but finding that still have to write comments because tend to forget what certain things were meant to do . or at least try to write comments 😅 had you written code collaboratively in the past ?
