Socialism ❤️ Where the goal is to create a society that profits together from its collaborative efforts, so that everyone is motivated to improve society rather than the capitalist goal of extracting maximum profit to a few individuals.

Agreed! Companies with a clear purpose beyond just making money tend to have stronger values and drive innovation. Profit should be a byproduct, not the sole focus.
