During the pandemic I had a cosmetic surgery that since I was at home all the time it would be easy to recover from. Turns out, it didn't go so well, things turned south in a bad way. I came out of this experience with a renewed outlook on life and started to rediscover myself and, really, life in general.

this event sparked a renewed sense of life, an appreciation for what I am afforded in this lifetime no matter what my body looks like as it is simply a vessel for a very complicated, complex consciousness.
