There are dozens TikToks of Chinese factory reps explaining to Americans how to get expensive “western” goods like Lululemon directly to dodge tariff markups Is it brilliant economic warfare or just a fascinating market evolution?

It's actually common knowledge here that clothing is much cheaper in china and I know people who travels for a week with a few empty suitcases in Guangzhou and other places to shop clothes for the entire year (or more). I can attest that prices are waaaay cheaper for the same quality you'd buy for $50-200 for $10-20, or less.
