Awesome idea, here are my 2 cents on this: First off, don't forget to add twitch if you wanna focus on streaming. You do more of the technicals and development, which takes up your whole time and majority of the viewers on the channel might not understand the technicals properly.....

You talked about inclusiveness for non crypto gamers as well, so you'd need a savvy gamer to make these contents. You could pick from among the top 3 on your leaderboard, jump on a call with them to know which features they think would be cool and get them to shoot content for you.

So you're saying I do more of the livestreams and content on the building. And then have someone else do content on the game itself?

Exactly Who's better to highlight the cool parts and adventures of the game than the actual gamers. You could still make more content on building and release, maybe twice a week as behind the scenes or a day with the dev. While how to protect village and fast rank hacks would be for gamers.
