How would Russian roulette work? Last person standing wins? Who can build me this smart contract? 

Let up to 10,000 people join. Then everyone gets a spin. Last person standing wins?

I'm thinking for the rr, you get a frame where participants pick random tickets, which would be recorded. Then you take 5 draws representing 5 bullets, you could tier the rewards for suspense too.

First 3 draws take home $200, 4th takes $300 while last takes $1000.

For the spin something similar would be applied.

You could reuse the frame once in a while and tweak other features as time progresses.
