I need to spend more time using the Kindle app on it - cause that's what it'll primarily replace - and in different light conditions. I have loaded the WSJ and FT apps on it, and it's been great for that.

I'm pretty interested in getting one for myself to serve as a low-distraction, dopamine-controlled reading device, eg replacing my kindle but also where I can read saved articles, newsletters, etc.

I've never tried a remarkable tablet/reader, but I thought about it. What led me to get the Daylight was that it just runs Android, so can load bunch of apps on there as well.

Curious how it stacks up vs. A reMarkable 🤔

I don't really need it but I'm curious to know what it is. The way I go about reading is I read the book on my cheap e-reader and buy it physically in a beautiful edition if I really loved it :)

Really interesting that it just runs android - what apps are you planning on installing? what is it's primary use case? I would be extremely interested to see if you can write code on it
