Yes, Brave's calls work on 8x8 (Jitsi), centralized servers. I've clarified who uses the SDK of companies like Agora, Twilio, Livekit, 100ms, Daily, etc., where you integrate their SDK into your product and give your end users access to real-time experiences.

For personal tasks, this is suitable, I'm talking about B2B SDK solutions.

Anyway for P2P calls or for groups I’m using Jami builtin callings or using Simplex app without metadata at all.
