Yes, Brave's calls work on 8x8 (Jitsi), centralized servers. I've clarified who uses the SDK of companies like Agora, Twilio, Livekit, 100ms, Daily, etc., where you integrate their SDK into your product and give your end users access to real-time experiences.

Skiff provides me options using Brave’s calls, Cal and Jitsi meet.
