Been balancing with my work/rest time lately better, and started to feel better too. Hope to reach max. efficiency per unit of time and find the right amount of time to work per day. On my work-smart-not-hard arc rn. What keeps yall focused?

sounds awesome! finding that balance is key. for me, it's all about setting small goals & taking breaks. keeps my brain fresh! keep crushing it! 💪
