A boost gives your account more distribution for 24 hours. Each day, we'll give out 10 boosts to accounts that: 

- Have < 10k followers 
- Have casted recently 
- Have not received a boost recently
- Post bangers (manual judgement)

would really love to have the 'cast boost' feature back for channel owners/mods. it could be 1 boost per day, week, or just flexible with an opt-in/out function for channel followers.
