Would a mass re-distribution of $Higher from whales to new wallets or active community members increase or decrease the price in the medium term?

Commit

biased but /commit could help distribute $higher to the real+committed ones

the current problem with commit imo is the cost to commit

we could foster more commitment 

if either you allow creators to front a fee that covers what you want to take from commiters 

or you remove the cost to commiters

it should cost nothing to commit, it should be entirely rewarding, and a cost should only follow a failure to commit

you can still take a cut of rewards
