Would a mass re-distribution of $Higher from whales to new wallets or active community members increase or decrease the price in the medium term?

Assume the tokens were just given away, not bought/sold.

Every whale is different. But precedent tells us they won't just dump if the token pumps – they would've done that a long time ago.

I am becoming less convinced that quality products or art will spark any price action right now. We need a catalyst in volume, and then the projects can sustain that, but they won't spark it per se. If that were the case, $higher wouldn't be a low volume token to begin with.

I don’t See much Engagement from whales, that’s why I’d say offering the stakes to good contributors could be high value add - especially when unlocked Based on Performance/price options.

Higher could definitely Need some products and I‘d be up to Chip in to get great builders to focus on this full-time

Bull case:
More users = more adoption & memetic strength
Higher liquidity = healthier market
Engaged holders = less manipulation

Bear case:
New holders might insta-sell
Whales exiting = weaker liquidity
Perceived dilution = less confidence

Net effect? Depends on execution.
