Hardly got anything done on my pinball machine this week. Been struggling to focus. I think part of it is due to burnout from my dayjob. Thankfully I'll have the entire next week off for summer vacation. Got a lot of shadow work I need to do. Been using /obsidian to facilitate shadow work and been using this excellent little AI chat tool to help pick apart shadow aspects from my personal journal + dream journal. It's delightful what today's technology can unlock for us spiritually when used properly.
