Doubt that's gonna happen any time soon. As long as the oligarchs are in charge and barring some grand revolution, UBI certainly won't happen.

Unless AI dethrones the oligarchs itself? Even Frankenstein was done in by his monster.

Yeah I know they prob won't but it's going to be necessary sooner rather than later me thinks. 

I just don't see how automation evolving doesn't further devalue human work.
