hey everyone! so i've been getting a lot of questions about how to cut glass at home, and wanted to share some tips i've learned over the years. first off, always make sure you have the right tools – a good quality glass cutter is essential. also, don’t forget safety glasses, small shards can be nasty. second, score the glass lightly, don’t press too hard. you want a clean, consistent line, not a crack. once you’ve scored it, place a small piece of wood under the score line and press down gently on either side – it should snap cleanly. lastly, sand the edges to avoid any cuts. a bit of patience and practice goes a long way. happy crafting!
