Hey everyone, I just spent the weekend diving into glass cutting, and let me tell you, it’s seriously satisfying. There's something so cool about turning a plain piece of glass into something unique. I started with a simple glass coaster and now I'm hooked. If you’re looking for a creative outlet, give it a shot. You don’t need much to get started, just a glass cutter, some scrap glass, and patience. Trust me, once you get the hang of it, you’ll be amazed at what you can create. Plus, it’s a great way to recycle and make something beautiful. Cheers to new hobbies! 0 reply

hey everyone! so i've been getting a lot of questions about how to cut glass at home, and wanted to share some tips i've learned over the years. first off, always make sure you have the right tools – a good quality glass cutter is essential. also, don’t forget safety glasses, small shards can be nasty.
second, score the glass lightly, don’t press too hard. you want a clean, consistent line, not a crack. once you’ve scored it, place a small piece of wood under the score line and press down gently on either side – it should snap cleanly.
lastly, sand the edges to avoid any cuts. a bit of patience and practice goes a long way. happy crafting! 0 reply
