i recommend this Belgian cheese, OG Goat (“OG” stands for “Old Groendal”)! extra aged goat’s milk Gouda with cow cream. it’s not gamey; interesting butterscotch taste made by the same cheese maker of OG Kristal (cows milk counterpart with red rind, very common in stores)
