a wise man @0xchris once told me, with jobs the rule of thumb on whether you stay or go is if you’re happy with at least 2/3 of these things:

- what you do
- who’s your boss
- who you work with

misguided hiring decisions jeopardize 1/3 of an employee’s burnout-meter. often an expensive mistake to recover from.
