I like the way I feel after reading a novel. My inner dialogue is observant and clear. It has words for things and processes things one after the other. Stark contrast to when I’m terminally online. I feel comparably distracted, absent, nonlinear and reactive.

Can I ask you something off topic about automod? I'm installing it now and can't see a rule for manually liking a cast to get it into the main feed.

Yep, you use cast actions to do that. Here’s the install link: https://warpcast.com/~/add-cast-action?url=https%3A%2F%2Fautomod.sh%2Fapi%2Factions%2Flike For the other actions, go to the “Moderators” section in automod or head to the cast action directory and type “automod”.
