You make a good point. Switching bread would definitely help. Toasting would also hold everything together, especially if there’s cheese involved. 
The other solution is cut into rectangles 😁😂

Hmmm! That’s true but I think if it’s ingredient heavy, this is probably the wrong sandwich bread for it. Probably needs something sturdier like a sourdough bread, nice focaccia, maybe even a burger bun 😂
