Attendance NFT feels a little awkward. I would consider calling it Ticket or Pass and then in fine print include your ticket/pass will include an NFT sent to your wallet. Also “limit who can attend” is slightly different than “restrict or limit who  can purchase.” But overall it feels pretty simple and easy.

Can’t tell from this wireframe, but if you also have an ETH to $ converter when you select ETH that could be a helpful guide for setting a price for some people without having to go somewhere else to calculate.

Might also want to include restrict how many someone can purchase.
